Baku, May 8, AZERTAC
The Azerbaijani President`s Assistant for Public and Political Affairs-Head of Department Ali Hasanov has stressed the necessity of fostering integration among member states of the Turkish Council in the field of information.
He emphasized that the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is one of the most complicated conflicts in the region and in the world, adding that Azerbaijan needs information support from the Turkic-speaking states in this regard.
He said that during the April 2016 war, Azerbaijan needed information support. "There was a need to show to the world the provocations of Armenians, their policy of occupation in the region, the destruction of Azerbaijani cultural and religious monuments. Member states of the Turkish Council should therefore support each other in such moments," Ali Hasanov added.
